Acknowledgement and Acceptance of General Conditions
This site is owned and operated by Yamba Bowling Club . Your access to this site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document. Your use of, and/or access to, this site constitutes your agreement to be bound by these General Conditions. Yamba Bowling Club reserves the right to amend these General Conditions at anytime.

Terms and Conditions – Members Progressive Jackpot Draw

Eligibility

The draw is open to financial members of Yamba Bowling Club.

Members must be financial as of 9:00 am on the day of the draw to be included.

To be eligible to win, members must:

Be present at the time of the draw.

Have purchased any amount from any till on the day of the draw from 10:00 am onwards.

Draw Details
-
The draw will occur every Monday at 6:00 pm.

The draw will be conducted using all eligible financial member numbers as per clause 1.

Prize Structure
-
The prize is $100.
-
If the prize is not won, it will jackpot by $100 each week until it reaches a maximum amount of $4900.

Once the jackpot reaches $4900, the following draw will change to 5 x $1000 prizes that must be won on the night.

Claiming the Prize
-
To claim the prize, the drawn member:

Must be present at the time of the draw (6:00 pm on Monday).

Must meet the purchase requirement outlined in clause 1.

If the member is not present or ineligible, the prize will jackpot (unless the jackpot limit of $4900 has been reached, in which case the draw will change to the 5 x $1000 format).

General Conditions

Only one prize can be claimed per member number per draw.

The Yamba Bowling Club reserves the right to verify member eligibility and purchase records.

All decisions made by Yamba Bowling Club regarding the draw are final and binding.

Members must abide by club rules and regulations at all times to remain eligible.

Changes to Terms

Yamba Bowling Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.

Terms and Conditions – Win a Quintrex Explorer + Trailer + Suzuki Motor Promotion
1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Yamba Bowling Club (Yamba Bowlo), 44 Wooli Street, Yamba NSW 2464.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to financial members of Yamba Bowling Club only.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Yamba Bowling Club Directors and their partners, Yamba Bowling Club management and their partners, and Yamba Bowling Club employees are not eligible to enter. Owners, management and employees of Ben’s Marine Yamba are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
- Entries must be generated from qualifying transactions made between 10:00 am Monday 5 October 2026 and 6:00 pm Wednesday 23rd December 2026.
4. How to Enter
- Members will receive one (1) entry for each transaction containing a qualifying Lion Nathan beer purchased on tap in either a schooner or pint during the promotion period. Qualifying products are XXXX Bitter, XXXX Gold, Tooheys Old, Tooheys New, Hahn 3.5, Stone & Wood Pacific Ale and Guinness.
- To qualify for an entry, the member must present and swipe their valid Yamba Bowling Club membership card at the time of purchase.
- One (1) entry will be generated per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased in that transaction.
- Transactions where a valid membership card is not presented and swiped at the time of purchase will not generate an entry.
5. Prize Details
- 1 x Quintrex F420 Explorer Boat
- 1 x 2026 Suzuki DF30A Four-stroke outboard motor (22.1kW)
- 1 x Quintrex Aluminium Trailer
Total prize value: $26,000
6. Draw Dates and Location
- Ten (10) member names will be randomly drawn at each Shortlist Draw, with each selected name progressing to the Final Prize Draw (every 4 weeks).
- A member may only be selected once across the three (3) Shortlist Draws. Once selected, the member is no longer eligible to be selected in any subsequent Shortlist Draws.
- The dates of these shortlist draws are as follows:
1st Shortlist Draw – Wednesday 28 October 2026 – 10 names
2nd Shortlist Draw – Wednesday 25 November 2026 – 10 names
3rd Shortlist Draw – Wednesday 23 December 2026 – 10 names
- All draws will commence after the completion of Wednesday Night Raffles (any time after 6:30pm) at Yamba Bowling Club on the dates specified above. The Final Prize Draw will be conducted shortly after the completion of the third Shortlist Draw on Wednesday 23rd December 2026.
7. Prize Draw Process
- Eligible entries will be recorded electronically throughout each Shortlist Draw period.
- Members are not required to be present at the time of the first (1st) or second (2nd) Shortlist Draw to be eligible for the Final Prize Draw.
- Following the first (1st), as well as second (2nd) Shortlist Draw, all entries in that draw will be cleared before entries for the next Shortlist Draw period are collated.
- Contact with members will be attempted via phone or email as notice of their inclusion in the prize shortlist after the first (1st) and second (2nd) Shortlist Draws. They will remain in the FINAL Draw if for any reason the member cannot be contacted. The Club will not accept responsibility if a member cannot be contactable to give notice.
- The shortlist members names will be retained in the FINAL Draw virtual barrel.
- A total of thirty (30) unique members will be selected across the three (3) Shortlist Draws. If a member’s name is drawn more than once, the duplicate selection will be deemed invalid and another eligible member will be drawn in their place to ensure thirty (30) unique members are selected for the Final Prize Draw.
- One (1) Final Prize Draw entry will then be randomly selected to determine the prize winner.
- The selected member must be present at Yamba Bowling Club at the time of the Final Prize Draw to claim the prize. They will have 4 minutes to claim their prize.
- If the selected member is not present at the time of the Final Prize Draw, that selection will be deemed forfeited and a redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries until a winner who is present is selected.
8. Prize Collection
- Winners will be required to present valid photo identification and their membership card to claim their prize.
- The winner must be present at the Final Prize Draw to claim the prize. Physical collection of the prize must occur within fourteen (14) days of the Final Prize Draw unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.
9. General Conditions
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, photograph and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes relating to the promotion without further compensation
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process, provided false or misleading information, or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products associated with the promotion where necessary to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
10. Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Ben’s Marine Yamba will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with the acceptance or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Any registration, insurance, trailer, accessories, delivery, transfer fees, running costs or other costs associated with taking possession or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting entrants and facilitating prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Yamba Bowling Club Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Promotion
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where any material changes are made, reasonable steps will be taken to notify participants.
