Our Boardwalk Bar has only recently been made available for Private Functions. This stunning modern room is now available Saturday - Thursday.
We can fit up to 100 guests including, a full dance floor, Buffet, Bridal Table with the space to also have a band and/or PhotoBooth.
This room is perfect if you want to create the WOW factor for your next function!
AUDITORIUM
A ROOM WITH MULTIPLE OPTIONS
Our Auditorium is one of the largest you will find in Yamba. It is capable of seating up to 400 guests. You have access to your own Fully Stocked Private Bar, Toilets, Audio and Stage with Dress Rooms.
If the entire Auditorium is to large for your requirements it can be divided into different spaces:
The front half of the Auditorium allows you to have full access of the Dance floor, Stage, Toilets, Audio and Fully Stocked Private Bar. This space can comfortably seat 100 guests, depending on your Layout.
The back half of our Auditorium is perfect for your Barefoot Bowls inspired function. With easy access to the greens and large windows overlooking the action. You have access to a small bar that stocks all the popular beverages. This bar can be accessed from the Greens or inside for those wanting to remain in the AC. You still have full access to our Auditorium Toilets and Audio.

RIVERBOAT ROOM
A WARM AND INTIMATE FUNCTION SPACE
Our beach-y little Riverboat Room is located opposite the Bowlo Cafe. This room is perfect for a private and intimate function. Perfect for meetings, product launches, team bonding, formal lunches and dinners.
The room can seat up to 48 guests comfortably with round tables, with room to add more to the tables if need be. The space can also allow for U-Shape, Boardroom and Theatre style layouts.
BOARDROOM
COMPACT AREA PERFECT FOR SMALL GATHERINGS
Our Boardroom is in a private location and easily accessible from Reception. This room can seat up to 20 guests (dependant on Room Layout). You can have the option to add on to use the Whiteboard or Projector. We also have an in-house Laptop that can be set up upon request.
