CLUB GRANTS

bowlo-logo-transparent.png

Clubs across NSW give back to their communities in a number of different ways. This includes through employment of locals and support of businesses when they buy goods and services within the local community. The other way is by donations. Donations take many forms but can typically be categorised by either cash donations, sponsorship of sport or in-kind (IK) donations such as providing free or discounted meals or waiving room hire for meetings and events.

You can apply for any donation of modest value all year round. However, if your organisation is looking for significant funds, you will have to wait until March each year where the Category 1 (Cash) projects are funded. Some of these projects support projects as large as $10,000 or more.

Your local community organisation can apply for donations from Bowlo Sports and Leisure under the Club Grants Scheme.

So how do I apply?

Just follow these steps:

  1. Determine whether you require cash (Cash) or In-Kind (IK) support

  2. Determine whether your project would be considered Category 1 or Category 2 funding by reading the Club Grants Guidelines: Read the guidelines here

  3. Click on 1 of the four options below that best suit your request. This will take you to the appropriate Club Grants application page.

  4. If it’s your organisations first time applying for Club Grants you will need to create a new account. Otherwise, use your organisations username (UN) and password (PW) to start a new request.

  5. Follow the instructions to apply for funding.

  6. When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation.

We can’t wait to hear from you because we love supporting our local community.
