The prices quoted are for food only.  Room hire charges and liquor are payable to the club separately. Please confirm room availability and price with the Operations Manager or reception.

Tables for functions will be set with cutlery, napkins and place mats.  If you wish to have a formally set table with white linen, wine glasses and tea light candles in elegant silver bowls (to add atmosphere) please let us know and we can provide you with a quote for this.

Please confirm your function at your earliest convenience, to ensure both the function room you wish and the menu is available. Final numbers are to be confirmed 1 week prior to the event, along with any dietary requirements of your guests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten intolerant, number of children).

Please call and make an appointment with one of our catering team who will be only too happy to go through the details with you. A phone call is appreciated as we cannot always be available during our busy prep or service time.  If you are from out of town, please feel free to let us know when you are in Yamba next if you would like to meet to go through final details or to say hello.
